Have you worked in a Customer Service & Sales facing role? Are you great at building relationships over the phone? Can you multi-task and produce results? Then please apply today.

This is what you’ll be doing

To be first point of contact for all visitors to the office along with internal sales.

  • Greeting customers and keeping the reception area updated
  • Assisting with product enquires and orders
  • Expand client base at every opportunity and achieve sales targets
  • Identify, qualify and follow up sales leads
  • Adhoc administration duties when required

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
  • Good telephone manner
  • Proficient in using Microsoft package and Google G-Suite
  • Proactive attitude
