AEnjoying an enviable reputation in the South East, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, friendly manufacturing firm based in Sittingbourne.

The key remit of the role will be to process and manage all incoming sales enquiries; however, you will be expected to follow up on quotes and estimates with existing accounts.

Key duties will include:

* Following up on enquires and arranging appointments for field sales advisors
* Being active with both inbound and outbound calls as the first point of contact
* Updating the system with new customer accounts and documenting all contact
* Providing quotations and estimates
* Supporting the sales team with general administration duties
* Relationship building

In order to be considered for the role – the successful applicant will have experience of providing good customer service/sales experience from within a B2B environment. Ideally, this experience would have been gained from within a construction, manufacturing, or production related field.

You will be bubbly and engaging, with an ability to build rapport and to engage with customers with ease. Being computer literate, preferably strong on Microsoft Excel, you main duties will include:

You’ll be rewarded with a competitive salary plus discretionary annual bonus, healthy holiday allowance and a generous pension scheme. Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with an hour lunch break.
