A bi-lingual Internal Sales Co-ordinator is required to join an international organisation with their UK offices based on the outskirts of Sittingbourne.
The firm can boast impressive staff retention levels and are looking to supplement their plans for growth into 2019 through this new appointment.
The chief remit of the role will be to engage with an international and UK customer base – processing orders, speaking on product availability and lead times, and the best use of products for their application. You will be the first port of call for all issues and questions from an allocated portfolio of accounts in Europe, Middle East and UK – you will be able to foster customer relations and develop a broad understanding of their immediate and future requirements.
The post holder will also proactively generate interest in the product range through the follow up of warm leads to potential customers; the confidence in being able to speak about products will be required.
In order to be considered for the role, the successful candidate will need to have written and spoken fluency in either French or German in order to service European accounts – without either of these then an application will not be considered.
Proven experience of working within a similar role is essential – you will be a confident communicator with the ability to develop rapport with ease. The successful applicant will be an adept team player and be happy to assist in other areas of the business when the need arises. A keen eye for detail will be needed, along with comprehensive, organised administrative details.
