Job Details

Experienced Internal Sales Executives are sought by a nationwide property auction company to join their rapidly growing business on a permanent basis. The online auction network provides auction management services to the UK property market and work in conjunction with estate agencies and property developers nationwide.

Based at Five Ways, this auction network are looking to expand their team by a further 3 Sales Executives and an Account Manager in due course.

The Sales Executive’s focus is to successfully build and grow the estate agency partner platform.

The Role:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business development and growing the company’s current Estate Agent contacts and building lasting relationships. Your day to day duties will include:

  • Making telephone sales calls to estate agencies within a given territory
  • Lead generation
  • Currently operates a healthy existing portfolio of individual and multiple sites exists but looking to build on this on a national basis.
  • Pitching the company’s product/services to estate agent clients
  • Signing up new clients to Membership Packages
  • Building the Estate Agent database
  • Working to monthly targets

The successful Internal Sales Executive will demonstrate:

  • Previous office based sales experience; B2B sales
  • Sales experience in a property environment would be highly beneficial, ex estate agents is also beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of working in a target driven sales environment
  • Success of converting sales over the phone
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Strong sales skills
  • A  strong desire to progress

Benefits Of The Sales Executive Role:

  • £17,000 – £22,000 salary depending on experience
  • Commission earned with residual income
  • Realistic year 1 OTE of £30,000  
  • Fast progression in a rapidly growing company
  • Hours 9.30 to 5.30pm
