1-1 Recruitment have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Thatcham. If you have been working in an Internal sales environment for over 18 months and are looking to further your career in sales, this opportunity is a gateway to progress into a field sales role within 18 months and making your mark within the internal sales team.

The roles and responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive will include:

  • Qualify sales opportunities by booking appointments for the field sales team
  • Working closely with the field sales team
  • Prospecting potential sales opportunities via LinkedIn and Salesforce
  • Market support services to senior managers across all industries

To be successful for the Internal Sales Executive role you will need:

  • Driven to succeed
  • Passion for hitting sales targets
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
