A newly created opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Executive to join this customer focused business based in the Thetford area.
Working as part of growing business you will be responsible for –
- Supporting the team to improve and develop their approach to their customers, making it a professional and consistent experience
- Processing orders through the ERP system in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Supporting the team in the accurate and timely creation of quotes
- Over time develop your own customer base and act as the first point of contact
- Be innovative and suggest improvements and ideas for new services to maximise opportunities as they arise
This role will suit a commercially focused individual who is interested in carving out a career in either sales or product management. You will enjoy working with customers, be proactive, confident and have strong communication skills. You will be very comfortable on the phone and email, but will also be keen to develop face to face relationship management/development skills. Candidates will ideally be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and have gained experience in customer services or account management role.
