Internal Sales Executive – FREIGHT

Job Details

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Executive with previous Telesales experience for a worldwide client of ours based in their South Manchester office.

This Sales Executive role is to be the key point of contact for our client representing them from initial enquiry through from quotations to delivery and aftercare. Within the role, you will also liaise with the Field Sales Executives trying to identify future business for them to follow up.

  • Efficiently respond to quotes using our clients CRM system
  • Maximise all opportunities from existing customers by exploring undeveloped areas
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and liaise with the Field sales team and try arranging a meeting for them.
  • Communicate effectively adhering to all business policies
  • Using the computer systems correctly and answering any phone/email queries
  • Offer support to members of the team and other areas of the business where needed

Experience Required

  • Previous Freight experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Experience of telephone office work is a must
  • Ability to build long term, strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Strong admin and organisation skills
  • Positive, can do attitude
