A leading manufacturer of scientific vacuum equipment is now looking for an Internal Sales Manager to coordinate their Sales teams across EMEIA.
Based at their facility in East Sussex, you will be responsible for developing the skillset of the internal salesforce by identifying and penetrating accounts within the marketplace.
You will drive the EMEIA business forward by supporting the internal sales team on a day to day basis in regard to “high level” customer enquiries and sales procedures.
Continuous review and monitoring of sales team performance through KPI’s and identifying opportunities to develop employees’ skills.
The successful individual will have strong mentor and leadership skills and an understanding of the technical elements of the products.
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven track record of managing large teams.
- Have an understanding of the semiconductor industry.
- High Performing Sales numbers
- HR experienced
- Some knowledge of supply chain would be beneficial.
- Foreign language desirable.
Candidates must be able to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.
