Our Client is a well-established European trailer operator and Freight forwarder, a market leader in the provision of European logistics services to a large number of very substantial manufacturers, importers and exporters both in the UK and in Europe
The team currently consists of 20 employees and has a Turnover of £13 million, they are part of a larger Freight forwarding company operating in multiple sites who employs 240 staff with a Turnover of £80 million+
We are now looking for Internal Sales Support Executive based in the St Albans. Working as part of a team, the job involves mainly Account Management with Existing client contact as well as the various administration tasks related to these elements. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Your role will involve…
-Assisting in the conversion of quotes for existing clients into orders.
-Build strong personal relationships with existing clients.
-Submit quotations and then through verbal discussions with clients convert to a live job.
-Maintain responsibility for a log of quotations for discussion in a weekly sales meeting.
-Account management & KPI stats for key clients
-Attends and participates in Sales meetings
