International Business Development Manager
Salary: up to £30,000 pa DOE + benefits
Location: Northampton
Ref: 725NB

Main Duties:
Exciting new role in the team, the team and commercial opportunities are expanding rapidly. You will have experience of managing a team and specifically be able to demonstrate commercial success in previous roles where you have excelled at managing new business teams / projects.

The Role:
– Deliver commercial budget and set KPI’s for the commercial Team
– Responsible for delivering quality sales leads to achieve new business
– Research trade partners to sell the product range in allocated markets
– Present & Pitch company products to various retailers
– Transfer current process of working from excel over to digital platform
– Provide key insights to the current process using data and recommend improvements
– Deliver good quality leads with the correct contacts making purchasing decisions
– Be active in chasing feedback from sales team on the leads you have provided
– Work with Head of Sales and senior sales team to ensure engagement from junior team members
– Provide leadership and manage performance of a small growing team of new business interns

Candidate’s Profile

– Excellent command of English (both written and Oral) (essential)
– Demonstrates a wealth of experience in prospecting and securing new business
– Able to successfully manage and motivate a team
– Confident with CRM / ERP – Data driven individual
– Proactively communicate to line manager on workload
– Broad business understanding of Sales & Profit (Sales Targets)
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Excellent communication skills (oral & written) & great attention to detail.
– Make presentations (Clients & internally)
– Confident and approachable
– IT Literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
