Our Industry Solutions sales team has grown from zero to 130 people around the world in 3 years. Based in London, this new role at Houzz is intended to provide administrative support to the international team, overseeing the quality assurance and implementation of the branding programmes delivered for our clients.
The Support Specialist will ensure that all clients receive rapid service implementation, as well as acting as a gatekeeper and owner of Houzz advertising quality standards. The role will hold responsibility for activating all new Pro+ clients across Europe and Asia, executing approximately 30 client programme builds each day.
This involves curating and publishing client content for advertising programmes as well as building new client websites using Houzz’s simple to use Site Designer. You will also be expected to provide ongoing ad-hoc support to our team of Customer Success Managers.
This role will require someone that is organised, efficient and creative. You need to have excellent attention to detail. Technical skills and language skills are not required but you must be tech savvy with an openness to learning and operating new skills and systems quickly.
This is a new role within the International Sales organisation and as such is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract with no guarantee of continued employment.
