* Ensuring that your clients are seeing success; capturing where possible success stories and detail on RoI.
* Ensuring clients’ accounts are running as planned throughout their contract and adhering to the Account Management framework
* Identifying key users of and building strong relationships with them
* Updating clients on new product features
* Co-ordinating internal resources
* Client Support and Administration
Good relationship management skills and a confident and assured presenter
Excellent organisational skills being able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
Able to work under own steam and also as part of a wider team
Account Management experience is preferable (1+ years) gained within the Digital Sector
A good understanding of Analytics and Data oriented businesses would be a distinct advantage
Proven ability to manage client expectations along with good negotiation skills
