Junior Business Development Executive

This is a brand new and exciting opportunity for anyone interested in supercharging their career in business development. The position comes with a company car, in-house training and mentoring and the opportunity to directly affect business growth whilst building yourself a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities:

You will contribute towards the growth of the commercial waste department and identify new opportunities for Ward. Once you’re fully trained by one of our experienced Business Development Managers, you will visit customer sites in your company car, introduce our services and build relationships across your territory.

In a typical week, you will:

Engage with potential customers in a defined sales area.
Generate new relationships and open new opportunities
Manage the onboarding of new clients while providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

As this is a Junior role, you may not have experience, but we can teach you! For you to thrive in the role. you must be confident, target driven, ambitious, be able to manage your time and territory and an excellent communicator who can build and maintain professional relationships.
A full UK Driving License will be required. Your car will be an Electric Cupra Born, VW ID3 or similar.
