£20,000 (rising to £23,000 after probation) + annual bonus and good employee benefits package.
This is an office based B2B Inside Sales / Telesales / Outbound / Business Development job within an established UK market leading software / digital company.
The role offers someone with a little bit of sales/business development experience (1-2 years) the opportunity to enter the software/technology sales industry (you can have been selling any products previously). Our established and growing client have a structured and well run professional sales department, they are looking to hire someone with a lot of potential and train and develop them into being an excellent consultative B2B professional sales person (a lot of more senior sales career opportunities exist within the firm). This is not a call centre like environment, our client has an open and friendly work culture.
This role will see the successful applicant through the telephone, email, and webinar:
- Generating leads.
• Proactively contacting potential clients (primarily HR Managers of companies).
• Managing their own relationship/ sales pipeline.
• Account managing existing clients.
