Key Account Manager

Job Details

This is a high profile role reporting into the Sales Director and is responsible for growing the business within our existing account portfolio for our full range of Zetes business solutions and managed services.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish and develop client relationships at a senior level within assigned accounts.
  • Work with key client contacts to understand each client’s business strategy and key business needs in order to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Work with our Business Development Managers and Business Consultants to define and propose Zetes business solutions and managed services to meet client needs, in line with the account development plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across all functional areas and Zetes international offices to maximise the opportunity to drive business growth within our account base.

Profile

To be successful in this role you will need to have a track record of developing incremental business for a range of solutions and services within an account portfolio and long term retention of each account.  We are looking for someone who can work both collaboratively and on their own, develop meaningful business relationships at senior level, understand clients’ needs and be able to formulate and present compelling propositions.
Whilst not essential, experience of working in the Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics and Retail markets would be advantageous.
