We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Accounts Sales Office Supervisor to join our team at the Avonmouth branch.
What will I be responsible for?
This is a varied role reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be building relationships with Bradford’s Key Accounts customers and also dealing with customer queries and complaints in line with our company guidelines in an orderly manner.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in dealing with sales staff and able to meet targets and budgets. Responsible for taking key account customer calls, placing orders, pricing enquires, delivery instructions and dealing with any complaints.
You will have the drive and enthusiasm to build sales and look to find opportunities to develop new market sectors, develop customer relationships, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times.
