We are a successful, mid-size, full service B2B marketing agency looking for an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Account Manager to join our close-knit team.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a marketing role: preferably being an Account Executive looking to make a step up or an established Account Manager looking for a new challenge. They must have an interest in multi-channel marketing and a self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work well in a team and communicate with clients.
Within your role you will work with an Account Director to facilitate the delivery of a global marketing service for industrial blue-chip companies. This will include direct client communication, working with internal creative teams and managing the delivery of projects on deadline and to budget.
- Managing monthly campaigns across multiple accounts
- Work with internal departments and external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and to budget
- Communicating with clients to approve marketing materials prior to release
- Analyse campaign statistics and report on ROI to client
- Regular client communication
- Client support in the run up to exhibitions / trade shows
- Working with Account Directors and creative teams to develop new campaign strategies
Skills and Experience
- At least two years’ experience within a relevant marketing position
- Ability to organise your time and manage multiple clients’ activities
- Must have a polite and confident telephone manner
- Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Social Media and Digital campaigns would be beneficial but not essential to the role
- Experience with Photoshop, In-Design, Prezi and HTML would be beneficial but not essential to the role
- Working knowledge of a second language (Spanish, French, Turkish, Italian or German) would be beneficial but not essential to the role
- A Full driving license is required
