Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive international marketing and communication strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market presence in target regions.
Develop internal and external communication channels
Create compelling content, including but not limited to, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials, to raise awareness and drive engagement.
Manage social media channels and online presence to effectively communicate the organisation’s mission, values, and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and leverage opportunities for storytelling and showcasing the organisation’s social impact initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify the organisation’s message and reach.
Lead the planning and execution of international events, trade shows, and conferences to engage with key stakeholders and generate leads.
Monitor and analyse marketing and communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Report to the CEO/COO providing high quality, confidential and efficient support drafting and formatting of reports, presentations, briefing papers and other correspondences.
Develop and implement the organisation’s social impact strategy, encompassing philanthropy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), community engagement, and sustainability initiatives.
Support events and initiatives by coordinating promotional activities and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with partners, and the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering and implementing internal and external marketing and communications strategies, preferably working in a digital marketing environment.
Whilst experience is preferable we also encourage recent graduates of a Marketing, Communications and creative courses who are enthusiastic with excellent communication skills and a creative approach to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for driving positive change and making a meaningful impact.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of social issues, sustainability practices, and ethical business principles.
