For 100 years, Eclipse Magnetics part of the world-renowned Spear & Jackson Group has been a market leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance magnetic systems supplying leading organisations and house-hold names in various industries globally with critical magnetic equipment.

Due to company expansion Eclipse Magnetics are now looking to grow the Marketing team with the addition of a Marketing Campaign Executive, where this is an exciting and newly created role.

You will work with multiple areas of the business to create and execute international campaigns to promote its range of B2B products as well as working with external agencies.

If you’re looking for a role that allows you to use your creativity, develop your marketing skills further through planning and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, print and B2B marketing across UK and Europe then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, executing and reporting of international integrated multi-channel campaigns across various channels to generate lead enquiries e.g., email, website, digital and print
  • Paid ad campaigns (Paid Search and LinkedIn Campaigns)
  • Identify and extract target audience data using the company’s CRM system
  • Company website – writing and optimising content, landing pages and eStore using CMS
  • Provide support with SEO keyword research, link building and proof-reading
  • Marketing automation and email marketing activity planning and execution
  • Co-ordinate the production of all marketing collateral and translations to other languages using translation agency
  • Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all campaigns
  • Measure and report on campaign results to help inform future campaign activity
  • Manage ad hoc small marketing projects

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience in an in-house marketing role
  • Business or Marketing degree desirable but not essential
  • Hands-On experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable.
  • Video content experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Creativity and an eye for detail
  • Confident and professional
  • Team player, happy to get involved in all areas of marketing and passionate about learning and growing in the role
  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative
