Marketing Co-ordinator

Our client are a global logistics company looking for an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator to join their expanding team.

Job Description

The key objective is to support the commercial team in providing high quality marketing documentation and tender responses to assist to win new business and to manage marketing requirements for UK internal and external customers

Key Activities

* Working with Tender Desk to respond to detailed customer Requests For Information and questionnaires to a high quality and to strict deadlines

* Point of contact for information requests from internal and external customers

Building, maintenance and filing of extensive document library

* Liaising with HQ in Paris to ensure latest information

* Understanding of the Intranet and location of documents

* Assembling, designing and distributing internal publication twice a month using Adobe InDesign software

* Layout and ordering of printed business stationery such as letterheads/cards for UK

* PowerPoint presentations using approved templates

* Managing UK event requirements/ Campaigns

* Desktop publishing such as advertisements, forms, flow charts and formatting documents to corporate standard

* Ensuring UK news is promoted to marketing HQ for social media

Key Competencies

* Marketing Degree

* Grade C or above in English GCSE

* Technical Skills

* Excellent written English language skills ICT skills to include Microsoft packages.

* Knowledge of InDesign, PowerPoint, Photoshop & Word
