Motorcycle Sales Executive – BMW

Working Week Pattern – One day off during week and every 3d weekend off

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work between Motorrad Tayside and Aberdeen, with shift patterns across both sites as a Sales Executive

This role is the main driving force for the success of our company, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will be part of a busy, talented and driven team where you will have the opportunity to take control of your earnings and career.

The Role as Sales Executive

Delivering monthly sales targets for KPIs such as new vehicles, used vehicles, finance insurance and accessories including any brand requirements.
Build rapport through talking with customers to understand their requirements and seeking to create a longer-term relationship with them.
Follow up with potential customers on enquiries and marketing activities.
Coordinate internally and with the customer, the order and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner.
Adhere to applicable sales procedures, including accurate and timely recording of customer details, appraisal and updating our customer base.
Accurately appraise part exchanges as per group standards.

Skills & experience we know will help Sales Executive succeed in this role

Full Motorcycle License
Previous Sales Executive experience is preferable
Previous track record of constructing and concluding sales transactions including objection handling and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service
Self motivated with experience of delivering target objectives
Ability to provide product information with good communication skills
Confident and professional communication skills
Maintaining above national average for our Customer Experience Programme and Mystery Shops
