One of the leaders in their field, this predominantly private label personal care business trade with all the big players in retail from grocery to the high street. With a comparably small sales team, their head office is based in the North and is worth over £20m. They have big plans in the future with a strong strategy to drive growth and take them to the next level.
As National Account Manager you will be responsible for some of the company’s biggest grocery accounts as well as additional retailers across the high street. This extremely strategic position is accountable for building mutually profitable relationships and gaining new business by targeting additional opportunities. In addition to agreeing promotion plans, you would work extremely cross functionally throughout the internal team including supply chain, category and product teams. A large part of the position is also analysing sales data and reporting back to the senior management team.
To be considered for this position you must have the experience of managing National Accounts, ideally within the grocery channel across the personal care and toiletry sector. The ability to manage your own sales admin as well as work cross functionally is desired, as well at the ability to build rapport quickly at a variety of levels. A driven, proactive and dynamic personality would lend itself well to your success in this ambitious company.
