This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Network Services / Network Support Sales Manager to join a thriving Networking company offering a comprehensive range of IT products and services based mainly around Managed Service, Networking and equipment.
You will be running a small team of proven Network Services Sales Professionals as well as running some accounts yourself. In this regard, it will be a “player manager” position although the majority of work will be running the team.
- Day to day man management – ensuring KPIs and Targets are achieved.
- Motivation and performance reviews.
- Reporting to Directors on weekly, monthly and annual pipeline, figures and targets
- Running your own select accounts.
- Recruitment where required.
This position would suit you if you come from an IT background. Ideally a reseller, VAR or Managed Service Provider. You should be used to running a team but also happy to get involved in the sales process too.
