Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be recruiting a New Business Executive for a Silcon Valley start up in Glasgow.
The successful candidate will help them enter the UK market and by doing so they will help schools recognise student safety, and help them take active steps to protect their children.
The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the field sales team.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from various sources including, inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, as well as self-generated leads.
Primary Job Responsibility:
- Generate new business via telephone, email and social media
- Identify decision maker and establish the prospects pain points to determine how your employer can assist them
- Determine prospects budget and timeline
- Work with the Sales Manager to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
- IT Sales experience would be beneficial
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
- Excellent negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptable sales approach and ability to covert business in challenging environments.
- Be self-motivated, self-driven and focused on quality and profitability business.
- Methodical approach to administration and CRM systems.
- Abilities to prioritise workload
- Passionate, empathetic with a keen desire to help children
- A self-starter, outgoing and want to be part of a growing team
- Enjoy being challenged and working in a fast-paced environment
