Nine Twenty are delighted to assist in the recruitment of an New Business Sales Executive on behalf of our well Established Ayrshire based Client. Salary on offer is £20-£24K dependant on experience plus strong OTE.
- Actively create opportunities & secure profitable business for the growth of the company (new business)
- Maximise sales through understanding the needs of our customers and matching it to the services that we can provide, utilising the skills and knowledge of colleagues where necessary.
- Quote customers directly and negotiate to secure business to weekly and monthly sales KPI’s
- Profile accounts liaising with Operations and Sales Support for pricing and service options.
- Manage the needs of our customers and the sales process to completion, taking ownership of customers’ sales issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Confidently selling services through a combination of telesales and account management.
- Reporting directly to the Sales Director.
- 2+ years of new business sales experience
- Previous sales experience within logistics is essential
- Excellent negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptable sales approach and ability to covert business in challenging environments.
- Be self-motivated, self-driven and focused on quality and profitability business.
- Methodical approach to administration and CRM systems.
- Abilities to prioritise workload
- Friendly, professional and dynamic personality.
