Persimmon Homes North London has a vacancy for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful and growing team. This role will be based on site on a project in the Uxbridge area.
Who are we?
Building around 16,500 beautifully designed new homes a year in more than 350 prime locations nationwide; Persimmon is one of the UK’s leading house-builders, committed to the highest standards of design, construction and service. We believe our quality really differentiates us from the competition. In fact, our reputation is built on quality. We build quickly and efficiently and expect a lot from our office and site teams, however in turn we’ll reward you for your commitment and hard work and recognise your contribution to the business.
As a Sales Advisor on one of our housing projects you are our company ambassador for all customers. You will report to the Field Sales Manager and Sales Director. They will support you and develop you in the way Persimmon operates, enabling you to work within our sales process and deliver for the region year after year. They will give you clear objectives. You will need to be adaptable and strong in your style, organised with a consistent approach to customer care.
If this sounds appealing to you we will require:
Someone who has proven experience in new homes sales. Good organisational skills and an appreciation of the whole sales process. Professionals who can operate alone on site and who can work between 11am and 6pm Thursday to Monday. It’s preferred that you have previously worked for a developer, although we will consider advisors who have come from an estate agency background.
What’s in it for you?
A competitive salary and benefits package including a pension, life insurance and commission. Above all an honest, driven approach which offers the chance to work with some great people! The housing industry is booming and Persimmon can offer the continuity of sites across good locations.
