The key responsibilities for the Sales Support Executive will include:
Developing relationships with existing clients, account development.
Dealing with queries and enquiries.
Directly reporting to the Operations Director and Commercial Director.
Working alongside the operations team.
Dealing with customer queries as required.
Dealing with post, marketing initiatives, mailshots etc.
Daily use of all of the ordering and IT systems.
Loading and processing invoices.
All other administration as required by the Business Development, Operations and Commercial team.
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Support Executive will have:
Previous experience within a customer services/commercial administration role.
Excellent IT and organisational skills.
A passion for literature and digital technology
In return the Sales Support Executive will receive a salary of £18,000 – £26,000 DOE, ongoing training and support and on-site parking.
