MNT Limited recently celebrated its 12th successful year of business which acts as an outsourced call centre for a handful of established clients within the Natural Health industry. We have 20 outbound agents and a turnover of £1.2 million a year.
We are looking for an additional 2 agents to join an established department within MNT. This department at the moment generates in excess of £55,000 in revenue per month, based on 4 agents. The aim is to increase the revenue to over £80,000 each month.
This role offers fantastic earning potential for the right candidates made up of a healthy basic plus an open ended commission structure.
You will be calling existing customers (no cold calling), who have recently ordered a product to assist with problems associated with joint problems including arthritis. You will use your acquired knowledge of the conditions they suffer with coupled with a soft customer service approach and sales techniques to effectively sell other related products to the customer. These include natural treatments such as gels, patches and capsules.
This is a target driven role which will require you to maintain a pre-defined level of productivity throughout the day
The calls you make will follow a certain established and successful structure, which includes Introduction, Questioning, Product Feature and Benefits, Deal and finally the Close. We have proven scripts that must be adhered to but will require agents to use their own initiative where necessary to achieve sales.
There is a definite opportunity to account manage the customers you have sold to over a long period of time ensuring repeat sales and maximisation of your earning potential. Some of our established agents are earning in excess of £40,000 a year. The position is designed for you to earn £25,000 minimum in the first year.
Full product training is given along with specific sales training which includes drop closing, presumptive closes, open ended questioning and use of 3rd party stories. These are sales techniques that you should already be familiar with in your previous outbound sales roles.
The correct candidate should show a passion and have a proven track record in B2C sales.
We offer a very competitive salary of £16,000. First year earnings should be a minimum of £25,000 including commission. This is a full time position 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Benefits include 23 holiday allowance plus Bank Holidays, we also offer extended holidays during Christmas and New Year.
