Field Sales Manager

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to become a key player in the success of a globally leading property-related insurance organisation, with the responsibility of building relationships with, and selling to Legal Firms across the North, as well as lenders, developers, and legal departments of corporate organisations. This is a highly autonomous role – you will truly be in control of your own business, with fantastic earning potential on offer too. If you’ve got an excellent track-record in field sales, and experience in building relationships with Lawyers or similar professionals, then this could be the perfect next step for you!

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective relationship management of existing clients
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting relevant clientele involved with the property market
  • Prospect law firms, commercial and residential property developers, investors and lenders
  • Develop strategic goals that will contribute to the overall success of the business
  • Create and execute selling strategies, using your initiate and thinking ‘outside the box’
  • Work with the BDE’s from other territories to ensure cohesiveness and maximums success
  • Source relevant leads and follow up in an efficient manner
  • Develop and execute annual sales business plans and budgets
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure clients needs are fulfilled
  • Provide regular reports to the Board on progress versus sales targets
  • Continual development of industry knowledge through self research
  • Attend meetings in the London office as required

Candidate Requirements;

  • Experience selling to the Legal Sector or similar
  • Experience in building relationships with high net-worth clients would be preferable
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working within field sales
  • Detailed knowledge of commercial real estate
  • General commercial awareness
  • Results orientated, tenacious attitude
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills
  • UK driving license & full flexibiility to travel
  • Desire to ‘win’ new business
