We are looking for a highly motivated, hardworking and ambitious salesperson to join the team and help us grow our market-leading gym platform by signing new gym partners.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who loves fitness, has some previous sales experience and would like to join a fast-growth company to really make a difference.
You must be highly motivated by hitting targets, be extremely self-confident, persuasive and have excellent telephone manner.
The role is generally office-based but there will be some requirements to travel to meet with clients and present face-to-face if needed. It will also involve some aspects of account management work with our existing gym partners which will broaden your skill set.

Key responsibilities will include:
Develop new leads
Pitch to potential new gym partners over the phone
Negotiate and close deals with gym managers, owners and directors across the UK
Required to consistently hit monthly sales targets
Manage and develop your own sales pipeline and maintain accurate reporting
At least one year of sales experience, ideally telesales
Be highly motivated by financial reward and winning new contracts
Have a high level of self-motivation and be able to consistently hit monthly targets
Clear and confident telephone manner – this is key
Be quick thinking and able to competently handle objections
Competitive nature with real drive to be the highest performing salesperson
Be confident, well presented and have good negotiation skills
Be able to adapt and grow within a fast paced and changing environment
