Join our friendly Sales Team:

We’re seeking an Internal Sales Advisor to join our thriving team based in our modern Bordon office (to support both our Polish and UK customers). This role offers a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to carve a successful career in sales.
Are you a good fit?

You are fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
You possess strong numeracy skills and enjoy applying them to solve problems.
You are a graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
You have at least two years of sales experience
You have a passion for building relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
You’re eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage purchase and sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Develop and grow existing customer accounts, fostering strong relationships.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, demonstrating strong business acumen.
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to order fulfilment. (We do not believe in ‘cold calling’ at Polymax)
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve shared goals.

Growth and Development:

This role provides a springboard for career advancement at Polymax. You’ll gain valuable experience in technical sales, potentially progressing to manage large accounts, participate in company-wide projects, and even assume leadership roles within the organisation.
Qualifications:

Ideally selling within engineering or manufacturing industries
Graduate with a degree in a relevant discipline
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for technical sales and a willingness to learn.

Please note that this role is on site at Bordon and not suitable for remote working
