We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Executive to be part of our pump hire & sales team based in Birmingham.
Purpose of Role : To identify new opportunities, win new business and manage and develop existing accounts and customer relationships.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, win new business and manage and develop existing accounts and customer relationships.
Proactively research and identify potential customers for Andrews Sykes products and services
Act as the key point of sales contact for a portfolio of active and prospective customers, developing long term relationships which build trust and customer loyalty
Manage existing accounts to defend revenue levels and maximise revenue growth
Carry out site surveys in response to enquiries and requests from customers, sales colleagues and operational managers
Follow up enquiries and quotations in order to prompt confirmed orders
Meet or exceed monthly targets
Skills, Experience and Knowledge required
Evidence of sales experience and on-target performance, gained within a direct business-to-business sales environment
Commercial acumen, effective negotiation and presentation skills
Strong planning, organising and communication skills
Literate, numerate and IT – literate (keyboard, data input and interpretation, basic use of Word, Excel, e-mail and internet)
Full Driving Licence valid in the UK
