We are currently working in partnership with a national Recruitment Consultancy who are looking for a Commercial Temps Consultant to join their team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for running a Commercial Temps desk in the North Wales area. Our client do have roles called in regularly but they are looking for an ambitious go-getter who loves developing new business on the phone and by meeting with clients.

You will be responsible for the full 360 role as a Recruiter. You will do lots of business development on a daily basis both on the phone and face to face. You will write job adverts, shortlist, interview candidates, format CV’s and arrange interviews. You will build yourself a database of candidates so you can work on a proactive basis.

The Person:

You will have previous recruitment experience, ideally of running a successful temporary desk. You will be passionate about the recruitment industry and in developing yourself a successful career as there is a clear development plan with our client.

Hours of work are 8:30am to 5:30pm and there is parking available on site. Benefits include 33 days holiday, private healthcare and an excellent commission structure. The basic salary is negotiable.
