As the Recruitment Resourcer you will be part of an existing team working in a sales environment being supported and trained by the Quattro Recruitment team
As the Recruitment Resourcer your duties are listed below ( this list is not exhaustive)
Dealing with telephone enquiries and updating the system
Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent roles
Reviewing advert response and booking in suitable candidates for registrations
Sending registration meeting confirmations
Keeping files and packs up to date
Auditing packs ensuring they are compliant
Administration of the CRM-System (updating email addresses)
Copying right to work documents
Scanning documents onto database
Looking after the branch marketing
Emailing mailshots to clients and candidates
Credit checks and general administration
You will need to have efficient organisational skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and excellent communication and customer service skills.
