A unique opportunity has arisen with my client for a Regional Sales Manager on a permanent basis. As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for crafting and implementing sales tactics aimed at achieving revenue goals within a designated area. Your duties will involve pinpointing and pursuing fresh avenues for business, nurturing connections with current clientele, and engaging in contract negotiations to bolster sales expansion.
Role: Aviation Regional Sales Manager
Salary: Upon Application
Location: WFH UK Based Only – 50% Travel for this role.
Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales plans to achieve revenue goals within the assigned region.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and product offerings.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience in aviation sales or a related field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of the aviation industry and market trends.
