Motivated, creative and a great people person, if this sums you up then this latest opportunity within this exciting start up food business with a twist is the next step for you. You will need to coming from a retail background with experience working within food.
With great support from the rest of the successful business, the company are looking to rapidly develop and expand the brand through a new business module. You will be in charge of the day to day running of the stores which will start at 20 but could soon rise to 35. You will have two area supervisors who will report into you who will cover 10 shops each.
You will have responsibility for each shops P&L and your performance will be judged on the sales of each of the shops.
You must have a driving license and you will be driving to different stores each week. You will most likely be on the road 3/4 days and working from home for the rest.
The other responsibilities of the job will be to:
* You will need to ensure all sites are operating smoothly and efficiently. This goes from great product quality & customer interaction through to efficient and organised operational procedures
* You will need to to effectively manage the P&L within allocated metrics & budget in order to ensure that all kiosks run profitably
* Another part of the role will be to directly manage all of the Kiosk Managers ensuring they are doing there best to make sure the shops are hitting target.
* You will strive To achieve stock control and ingredient wastage targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss
