The Role

  • The Sales Account Executive position is a quota-carrying position.
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Strategically plan account closings and manage internal resources to affect close.
  • Articulate SysAid’s value proposition clearly and effectively
  • Understand competitive landscape.
  • Have a strong understanding of ITSM and project credibility on IT subject matter.
  • Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sale Engineers
  • Map out accounts, by identifying champions and influencers, and leverage those relationships to gain access and influence with Decision Makers/IT Executives


  • 3-5 years of quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales experience
  • English proficiency
  • Experience managing the sales cycle from business champion to the C-Level.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles, into accounts with 60-90+ day cycles, within the Mid-size market.
  • A strong presence on the phone and remote web sessions (Demo)
  • Experience working with a CRM.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Enjoys the challenge of working towards and hitting targets.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with IT, procurement, and senior management teams – advantage
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas in previous roles – advantage
