After a fabulous year and continued growth in our Innovation, pharmaceutical & scientific business, Ginger are expanding and looking for a new graduate to work as a Talent Manager. As a member of this team, you must relish the opportunity to own and develop the candidate journey. A major part of the role will be the sourcing of top talent by head hunting/researching and looking for new and innovative ways to attract great people. The role requires confidence, energy, detail and speed as you will often, with support in the first instance, be engaging with people who are not actively looking for a change in career. You will interview these candidates and coordinate the process to client interview and offer stage.

As part of your development, your role will be responsible for building strong relationships with current clients, delivering presentations and reporting on business/recruitment analytics. In addition, alongside and with support from the Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone creative who can contribute to social media and industry specific blogs. We are very keen to speak to graduates who want to start a career with a fun, energetic company and who are prepared to work hard. You will spend a lot of time talking to some very high profile global clients and candidates, so excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
