Allstaff Recruitment are now recruiting for a sales Administrator, to work in a busy head office based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to work to targets and be confident in all channels of communication. Working with a small team, you will need to be happy to get stuck in and be happy at multitasking.
The main duties of the Sales Administrator include:
- Entering information onto the CRM system
- Answering sales calls and responding to general enquiries.
- Creating and processing orders through the CRM system
- Contacting potential customers
- Assisting with creating sales adverts
- Working towards sales targets
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong capability in all Microsoft packages, have a polite and confident telephone manner, be extremely organised, dynamic, and have the ability to prioritise workloads. An excellent attention to detail and natural sales talent.
