Sales Administrator

Job Details

Reporting directly to the Sales Team Manager, supporting the Sales & Aftersales Teams with all administration aspects to ensure all sales are completed in line with targets. Delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Key Duties:

  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries regarding parts & repairs
  • Co-ordination and liaising with workshops on new orders, repairs and servicing
  • Provide a high level of service to customers – through understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders and providing advice
  • Assist with processing warranty paperwork to be sent to Purchasing Manager
  • Assist with sending warranty servicing letters to customers on a monthly basis
  • Liaising with in-house transport customer sales & repair deliveries
  • Process sales quotations to support the Sales Team
  • Weekly reviews of advice notes
  • Maintain / update CRM system with timely & accurate data
  • Support Internal sales team with calls, customer queries & demonstrations
  • Follow up parts delivery to ensure customer satisfaction, including upselling
  • Processing Fleet repair jobs to ensure accurate stock levels
  • Supporting despatch with packing parts
  • Providing administrative support to exhibitions and events
  • Administrative support to Sales Team Manager
  • Passing all sales leads to the Internal Sales Team
  • Taking full ownership of your own performance against targets
  • General ad-hoc admin duties

  • Personable, confident, self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to multi task & remain calm in difficult or pressurised situation
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and CRM system
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good administrative and organisational skills
