We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service individual to join an upbeat and successful business outside of Tring:
- Account management of main clients ensuring that an exception service is delivered at all times to maintain customer satisfaction
- Receive customer orders by phone and email and process onto ERP system
- Process orders and provide quotes for new or special items
- Take the opportunity to upsell any products or services to the client
- Be pro-active to follow up on queries and quotes and ensure items have been delivered on time
- Process any customer returns and liaise with other departments to ensure these are actioned
- Produce monthly reports on customer orders
- Deal with any issues efficiently and effectively
- Any other ad hoc duties/ projects as required
- Have a solid background in a Customer service position
- Be customer focused and understand the customer’s needs and identify opportunities
- Be creative to fulfil customers’ expectations and solve any problems
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Be proficient in common computer systems such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Have great communication skills with customers and colleagues
