- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and driven candidate who wants to make a move into sales or management within the Plant hire sector.
- This is a permanent position within our new, premier Glasgow depot.
You will be maintaining contact with existing customers to ensure that their initial needs are being met, as well as identifying new sales opportunities and promoting the range of products and services Ardent Hire has to offer.
You will be responsible for making high volume and high quality outbound calls to introduce the company’s products and services.
You will identify research, pursue, and make new business appointments of specified size and value over the phone for the external sales team.
You will manage the hire requirements of these accounts on an ongoing basis controlling all hire activity including on / off hire’s, exchanges and breakdowns, mobile fitter control, damage recovery etc.
You will have a great telephone manner and real passion for helping people and delivering results in a fast-paced and rewarding business.
Normal hours of work at 7.30am – 5.00pm with a 30 minute break for lunch Monday to Friday.
In exchange, we are able to offer an annual salary of £20-25k (dependent on experience) plus benefits including an industry leading bonus scheme and opportunities for career enhancement.
