Looking for an experienced Telesales person to work for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract starting at the end of March based in modern open plan offices in Bracknell.
Job Description includes the following duties:
Enjoy Cold Calling and working in a target driven environment
Help research target markets and identifying potential companies
Calling companies to book appointments for the Business Development Manager to attend
Following up leads given by other departments
Managing the CRM database to optimise time and results
Main emphasis is finding new business in a new region
Initially calls will be mainly fact finding for names, emails, job titles, confirm current data
All calls are leading towards appointments being booked
Working alongside the Sales Team, sharing relevant information and market trends
Will have previous Telesales Experience at this level
Excellent Telephone manner
Confident working with CRM Databases
Articulate, bright, cheerful, positive, capable
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills required
Prepared to train, understand the company’s core values
Achieving excellence in all work undertaken
Will live in Bracknell or a commutable distance
