Due to continued growth our client a local business with offices across the UK is looking for a Sales and Retention Administrator to join their Sales team on a permanent basis.
You will be supporting a very busy Sales and Marketing Director and will take responsibility primarily for administration and retention of existing customers. You will also deal with general queries and deal with this promptly – you will need to take detailed notes and forward the relevant queries to the right person in the business – as the first point of contact you will need to clarify why they are calling and establishing their needs before passing on their details.
Customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of different people is absolutely key. In addition you will need to be a confident user of MS Office, and Outlook. As you are working as part of a very small team you will also need to be prepared to take on a range of tasks to support the Director so a versatile skill set and a flexible outlook are key.
Working hours are: Monday to Thursday 08.30am until 5.30pm and Fridays 08.30am until 4.30pm
