IBP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Co-Ordinator for a client that is leading in their industry. Working with a the sales team, the Sales Co-ordinator role is to coordinate all sales related functions for customer and prospects and promote the clients products and service. The Sales coordinator is a Key “Customer Service” role, and the abilty to build and maintain relationships with Customers, Prospects and all work colleagues is essential.
The main duties include the responsibility for the following:
Answering incoming calls and intercom
Quotations and Sales
Order Entry and Progression Inc. Export Sales
Customer Complains and Returns
Building and Maintaining existing and new Client business
Distribute Marketing Materials
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:
A proven track record in internal sales, sales office or telesales
Good Driving record and hold a valid passport
Punctual and reliable with High level of organisational skills
Be motivated to achieve and exceed targets
Familiarity in technical sales approach with the ability to take down and deal with technical information (full training will be given on products)
Of a professional but friendly disposition, able to build relationships quickly
Excellent telephone manner oral and written presentation
Strong administration skills
Ability to read plans and determine customer requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good problem solving
