As Sales Co-ordinator in our regional office, you will assist with managing the sales databases for Coming Soon sites, prior to appointing Sales Advisors on-site. You will oversee responses to customer enquiries and process them accordingly, ensuring that the lead-in marketing strategy is effective and optimised for each development. You will update and track plot progression, check home buyer reports and update PX report and managing re-sale properties. At every stage you will be responsible for guiding customers through their Customer Journey and ensuring smooth, speedy, profitable sales.
You’ll be part of a friendly and hardworking team, so outstanding people skills are as important as proven sales expertise. Your negotiation, lead management, organisation and selling skills will be key, so you’ll need to be a good communicator and listener too. A full driving licence is essential.
