OPENLANE UK is looking for a Sales Coordinator!

Salary: £21,000 basic. OTE of £23,550 per annum

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Location: Chester

In this role you will:

We are looking for somebody with experience in Sales, Sales Administration or Account Management who is seeking a new challenge and wants to join a company with a great culture, good benefits and a professional team environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Forming professional relationships with a team of area managers and vehicle retailers
  • Daily phone contact with your area managers
  • Daily phone contact with retailers with active outgoing calls
  • Handling incoming customer calls in a professional and effective manner
  • To provide administrative support to area managers
  • Ensure the database is up to date with customer feedback
  • Providing your clients with stock list of cars that are becoming available
  • Flexible working pattern within both Sales and Operations as required

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Excellent Customer Service and Administrative skills
  • Experience of working in a similar role E.g., Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, Account Management, Customer Service Advisor
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Be able to build rapport with customers
  • Attention to detail with good IT literacy
