Working as the Sales Support Executive you will be supporting the Director of Sales and Sales Manager for 2 5 start Hotels under the same umbrella. This will be based in Windsor.
- Carry out cold calls as per targets to research new and existing corporate companies
- Source new sales leads
- Make appointments for the Director of Sales and Sales Manager
- Deal with any initial sales enquiries
- Complete general administration duties
- Conduct showrounds, assist with organising and attend client evenings at the hotel
- Must be able to travel between the two hotels (Windsor and Gerrards Cross)
- Educated to degree level in Hospitality or Business Studies
- Operational experience in hotels
- Must be IT literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally experience of Opera PMS
- Self-motivated and determined to achieve sales targets
- Well presented and an outgoing personality
