The Role

  • To develop and maintain key accounts in your territorial area by effectively managing your time to ensure all opportunities are secured
  • To achieve and then to exceed your annual sales and profit targets by selling full solutions and service to your key accounts
  • To develop successful partnerships which add value to both the customer and Thorite
  • To manage the integration of our specialist teams with key account representatives
  • To target potential new business where long term relationships can flourish

About You

  • You must be commercially aware with the ability to build and maintain successful commercial relationships with our key customers
  • You must be an experienced sales professional, ideally with a background in pneumatics, compressed air or process equipment
  • You must be a dynamic individual with enthusiasm, team spirit, and the drive to be successful within this senior management role
  • You must be a great manager of your own time and have a flexible approach to an ever changing day
  • You must be able to identify and solve problems, giving recommendations to our customers
