Buy it Direct are one of the UK’s leading ecommerce retailers, we have seen substantial business growth in recent years across all of our business units. We are committed to investing in our people to carry on this journey, so are now looking to recruit a number of B2B Sales Executives / Account Managers.
This is not a role where you are working from cold leads, we have a huge amount of existing customer information. You will be responsible for building your own accounts from our existing customer information. Working within either the IT or Trade category you will develop the initial Account Manager relationship and continue to manage the customer relationship with you as their key contact. The role will involve making outgoing calls, as well as taking in-bound calls from business customers. The position is based at our Huddersfield Head Office, however after an initial training period flexible home working (between the office and home) is available.

- We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic and results orientated individuals to join our team.
- You’ll need to be a natural communicator with an inquisitive nature and natural flair to build that much needed rapport and knowledge of your customer’s needs.
- In addition, we would love to hear from people with a passion for gadgets / home essentials / technology / IT who can really understand and advise their business customers.
- We need our team to be driven and resilient to make the most of every call, as well as keeping our customers happy at all times!
The basic salary for this role is £22k . On average our Account Managers earn £45k plus OTE per year. But the opportunity is there to earn more we have Account Managers earning £60,000 OTE with our uncapped commission scheme.
