SIG Distribution are looking to recruit B2B Sales Lead Generators to work within their Manchester Office Lead Gen Team for National coverage. If working set weekly hours, with the potential of a highly competitive bonus scheme and you have the drive, determination and the resilience to be successful in a telesales environment then this could be an ideal role for you!
What does the role involve?
As Sales Lead Generators, you will primarily be responsible for calling potential customers, finding the decision and identifying/qualifying customer information and requirements, to generate high quality sales leads. You will also carry out a range of other telephone sales campaigns to support the business and generate customer development and sales growth.
You will have proven ability to sell across the full SIGD portfolio based on identified customer needs, learned through the calls. Success will be achieved through planning and self-organisation and you will need to keep track of your activity through the Salesforce CRM. You will be strong in sales conversion, as this role will include converting prospects into ordering customer accounts. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be both determined and resilient with a genuine passion for new business development.
It is a role that will see you contribute positively to the team culture within the sales organisation and broader company.
To be successful you will have determination and dedication, be able to strike up conversations and quickly find common ground with prospects. You should have some experience in a similar position with a strong track record in creating new accounts and sales conversion.
Experience in using Sales Force CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is desirable for this role.
