Our niche client is seeking a Sales Manager to develop customer relationships whilst keeping their eye fixed firmly on achieving targets, sales quotas and KPIs. This role would suit a candidate that wants to join an exciting and growing company. Additionally, this role, for the right candidate, offers the opportunity to be selling a product that is unique and rewarding.

Job Description

  • Develop existing customer relationships while forging new ones
  • Prospecting to new customers that are relevant to the product through research and a considered approach to selling
  • Working from referrals from clients and contacts to find new leads
  • Monitoring sales, profit targets and KPIs while consciously meeting customers’ needs
  • Maximising sales opportunities whilst building and maintaining long lasting customer relationships
  • Participating in off-site presentations, exhibitions and marketing activities

Person / Experience Required

  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and take the initiative to find a sales solution
  • A flair for building relationships
  • Keeping customer’s records and sales admin up to date
  • Ability to understand a product completely
  • Comfortable dealing with people from varied backgrounds
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy
